Monster is the newest release from Hooves and Beak, my harp project which has been my personal project since I was 17. Hooves and Beak has always had different musicians and collaborators over the years; but most recently was a formation in Bellingham, WA formed roughly around 2017/2018.

This album was recorded in 2019 at the Unknown Studio in Anacortes with Erik Takuichi Wallace of Shibusa Sound. Thank you to everyone who has played with me in the past formations of this project, and to the people who played on this album: Melanie, Cullen, Neal, Joy, and also to Rachel Field who mastered this album in Seattle. Thank you to everyone who has listened and supported my music, from the bottom of my heart. As my last real harp album, this one is really meaningful to me; I hope you find some solace in it too.
